Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice
LifestyleAttract, operated by Taciturn Studios LLC, respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our site to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our designated DMCA agent with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized person
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the infringing material and its location on our site (URL)
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

We will respond to valid DMCA notices within 5–7 business days.
Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the US, any judicial district in which we may be found)
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will restore the removed content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the reinstatement of the material, in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(2)(C).
Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
